lyrics
I can’t believe that I couldn’t see
Once it was there, now it’s haunting me
All that I longed for, forever gone
I had my chance, now I carry on
It’s always over before it begins
No memories, only wasted years
You speak of fate but I know I was wrong
Took it for granted all along
Will I regret this when I reach the end?
No satisfaction, it’s all just pretend
I need to find it before it’s too late
I carry this fear an unbearable weight
Will I find what I long for?
When I look ahead, I see regret
Will I know all I hope for?
When I look ahead, I feel regret
Will I try? Will I let go?
When I look ahead, only regret
There is one single comfort
When I die, I will forget
Swirling guitars, furious drums, vocals that at the same time howl from infinite distance and are right up in your head; everything put into dissonant form with the help of unconventional songwriting. This album is my personal key to the icelanding black metal madness that I've ignored for way too long! Lukas Kaufmann
definetely one of my favourite bm projects lately, love the synth elements. makes you remember how amazing, but terrifying, space really is :) scumdrug
Mikolaj is a real multi-talent in bass as well as guitar as well as vocals and "Darkside" Maciej's drumming is a well-calibrated 100th-of-seconds-clockwork. Not for nothing is Mgla considered as a standard for a lot of other blacker-than-black metal bands. I hope to see this band live once..... grote_smurf
